By booking a service, making payment, or leaving your vehicle with Pegasus Motorsports, you agree to the following terms.
1. Quotes & Payments
All quotes are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition.
Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required before vehicle collection.
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Vehicle Condition
Customers must disclose any existing damage, resprays, previous repairs, or paint defects before work begins.
Pegasus Motorsports is not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing paint damage, weak clear coat, or prior repairs.
Some minor dust particles, edges, or slight imperfections may occur as part of industry-standard installation.
3. Workmanship & Warranty
We provide a workmanship guarantee on our installations.
Manufacturer warranties apply to products such as tint, PPF, and ceramic coatings.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, automatic car washes, chemicals, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Any concerns must be reported within 3 days of vehicle collection so we can properly assess the issue.
4. Paint Protection Film, Tint & Coatings
If your vehicle has stone chips, resprays, touch-ups, weak paint, or imperfections, there is a risk that film or adhesive products may lift paint during or after installation.
By proceeding, you acknowledge this risk and agree Pegasus Motorsports is not liable for paint failure caused by underlying defects.
5. Vehicle Storage & Collection
Vehicles must be collected within 48 hours of completion unless otherwise arranged.
Storage fees may apply after this period.
6. Customer Property
Please remove valuables before leaving your vehicle with us.
Pegasus Motorsports is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Media & Marketing
We may photograph or film vehicles for marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
